The following General Terms and Conditions apply to the legal relationships between you

and NBC Touristik and Holiday Property Service Greetsiel.


Differentiation between tour operator and travel agent activities

We act on behalf of the owners and are not a tour operator! The delimitation standard is § 651 a paragraph 2 BGB. Individual services are not treated according to the travel law of §§ 651a ff. BGB. Information on this can be found in the terms and conditions / imprint or at the German Tourism Association.

1. General

  • The holiday property you rent is not our property.
  • We act solely as an agent on behalf of and for the account of the property owner.
  • We are authorized to handle the legal transactions related to the brokerage for the owner.
  • An accommodation contract is concluded exclusively with the owner and is only transmitted on behalf of the owner.
  • Payments and payment terms are regulated and desired by the owner.
  • Payments are made exclusively to the owner’s account.
  • The owner’s name and address are mentioned in the rental agreement.

2. Booking/ mediation

  • Once the arrangement has been made, you will receive a confirmation/invoice from us in the form of a guest accommodation contract/accommodation contract, which will be sent by us on behalf of the owner.
  • The payment conditions and formalities such as cancellation and withdrawal are explained separately in the General Terms and Conditions.
  • We will inform the owners once the placement has been completed.


Important!



  • In any case, the contractual partner is the individual owner, who is named and addressed in the rental agreement.
  • Payments will also be made exclusively to the designated owner account.
  • This does not exclude our duty to provide information and support to you.
  • In any case, we recommend that you also take out cancellation insurance
